Healthy Homes Atlanta - Free Home Inspections

The Department of Grants and Community Services (DGCD) is now offering free home inspection testing for homeowners and renters who reside in the City of Atlanta and meet the required income and application qualifications. Home inspection testing can be requested for:

• Lead-Based Paint
• Randon
• Mold
• Allergens
• Carbon Monoxide
• Other hazardous conditions
