This violation requires an interior inspection of the location and cannot be reported anonymously. If the caller is unable to provide a NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, the case will not be referred to APD-Code Enforcement for investigation.  

A structure and/or dwelling is not allowed to have ‘raw sewage' inside or on the premises; whereby creating unsafe, unsanitary, or dangerous conditions to the health, safety or general welfare of the occupants or general public. A Code Enforcement Officer will investigate the violation and notify the appropriate party to resolve the issue.
